Smoked Salmon Salad with Elderberry Powder

Ingredients (Serves 2):
- Arugula, green lettuce, or radicchio – as preferred
- 100 g smoked salmon or trout
- ½ avocado
- 2 tbsp capers
- Olives (plain, stuffed with cheese or almonds) – as preferred
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 30 g grated cheese (Parmesan, Grana Padano, or goat cheese)
- 1 heaping tsp Bobica elderberry powder
Preparation:
- Wash and dry the salad greens, then tear them into smaller pieces and arrange them on a plate.
- Slice the smoked salmon or trout into strips and add them to the salad.
- Cut the avocado into thin slices or cubes and distribute evenly.
- Add the olives and capers, spreading them across the salad.
- Drizzle with olive oil to taste.
- Sprinkle the grated cheese for an extra depth of flavor.
- Finish by dusting with Bobica elderberry powder for a fragrant final touch.
- Serve chilled.
