OATMEAL WITH GREEK YOGURT AND ARONIA

Ingredients:
- 1/3 cup cooking oats (50g)
- 1 cup water (200 ml)
- 1 greek yogurt
- Dried or fresh fruit to taste
- Half a handful of almonds
- 1 tsp aronia powder by Bobica.hr
Preparation:
In a pot, heat about 1 cup of water until boiling. Stir in the oats. Mix until thicker density is acquired, then remove from the heat and place in a bowl to cool. Add the yogurt, fruit, nuts and aronia powder and enjoy every bite. You can sweeten it with a spoonful of honey.
Oatmeal can be cooked in large quantities several days in advance, saving you time. Store the cooked oats in the refrigerator and mix with your favorite flavor combinations before consuming.
In addition to cooked oatmeal, you can also eat oats “raw” or soak them in water overnight.
