GREEK YOGURT WITH CHIA SEEDS AND BLUEBERRIES
Cook time: 10 minutes
at least 120 min for soaking chia seeds
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup chia seeds (40 g)
- 3/4 cup milk to taste (200 ml)
- 1 Tbsp wild blueberry powder by Bobica hr
- 2 tsp honey
- Greek yogurt
Preparation:
Put the chia seeds in a bowl and pour in the milk. For the first few minutes, stir the mixture several times for the lumps to disappear. Leave it in the refrigerator overnight or for 2 hours if you are in a hurry.
In a blender, mix the chia seeds with blueberry powder and honey. Then stack the mixture and the Greek yogurt by placing a layer of chia seeds on the bottom, then a layer of Greek yogurt. You can also make a few thinner layers, whatever you prefer. You can garnish with coconut flakes, goji berries, nuts, and fresh or frozen blueberries.
The dessert can be refrigerated so you can make more to eat for 2-3 days.
