CHOCOLATE PRALINE WITH RASPBERRY POWDER

Ingredients:
- 2⅓ cups white chocolate (400 g)
- 1 cup sweet cream (200 ml)
- 120 g rasberry power by Bobica.hr + 20 g used to roll into balls
Preparation:
Pour the cream into a saucepan and cook until simmering. As soon as it boils, reduce the heat to a minimum, add white chocolate in chunks, mix until the chocolate is melted, and then add the raspberry powder. Stir until a uniform mixture is obtained, then remove from heat to cool. Put the cooled mixture in the refrigerator for about half an hour as it should not be too hard.
Remove from the fridge, shape into balls of desired size and then roll around in the raspberry powder. In addition to raspberry powder, you can roll the balls into coconut flakes, ground nuts or chocolate crumbs.
You can also put hazelnut or almond in the center of each ball. Either way it will be delicious.
