BANANA BREAD WITH STRAWBERRY

Ingredients:
- 3 ripe bananas
- 2 cups flour (250 g)
- ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- ½ cup butter (125 g)
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 tsp strawberry powder by Bobica.hr
- White chocolate for garnish
- Almonds for decoration
Preparation:
Allow butter to reach room temperature or melt it if you don’t have time. Turn the oven to 350°F (180°C) and cover a baking pan with parchment paper.
Peel and mash the bananas with a fork or put them in a blender. Beat the softened butter until it is creamy, then add one egg at a time. Add the banana, honey, flour and other ingredients. Stir gently and pour into a bread mold. Bake for 40 minutes.
Use a toothpick to check if it is done. Prick the bread with a toothpick and if after 5 seconds the toothpick is dry, the bread is baked and ready to be refrigerated. If desired, you can pour the melted white chocolate, almonds or strawberry powder immediately after removing it from the oven, and add the fresh strawberries before serving.
