Yogurt with Chia Seeds and Bobica Cranberry Powder

Ingredients:

  • 400 g Greek yogurt
  • 4 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons Bobica cranberry powder
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • Fresh fruit of choice (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, strawberries…)

 

Preparation:

  • Divide the Greek yogurt into two equal portions.
  • In one half, mix 2 tablespoons of chia seeds and 1 tablespoon of maple syrup, stirring well.
  • In the other half, add 2 tablespoons of chia seeds, 2 tablespoons of Bobica cranberry powder, and 1 tablespoon of maple syrup, then mix until smooth.
  • Layer in a glass or bowl: white yogurt mixture, fresh fruit, pink yogurt mixture, more fruit – repeat as desired.
  • Garnish the top with extra fruit and refrigerate until well chilled.
  • Serve cold and enjoy!

This refreshing and nutritious treat is perfect for breakfast or a light snack!
