FRUIT SMOOTHIE WITH WHEATGRASS POWDER

Ingredients for 1 serving:

  • 1 banana
  • 1 apple
  • 1 orange
  • 1 handful of fresh or frozen berries
  • 1 tsp wheatgrass powder by Bobica.hr

  • 1⅔ cups water (0.4 l)

 

Preparation:

Put the peeled and sliced fruit into a blender, add the wheatgrass powder and water. Mix until a thick, homogeneous mixture is obtained. You can replace the orange with a lemon and adjust the quantities to your liking.
