CHIA SEEDS AND RASPBERRY PUDDING

Ingredients:

  • 2½ Tbsp chia seeds
  • 2 heaping spoonfuls of coconut flakes
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1½ Tbsp honey
  • 3/4 cup coconut or oat milk (175 ml) 
  • 2/3 cup fresh raspberries (100 g)
  • 1 Tbsp raspberry powder by Bobica.hr

Preparation:

Wash the raspberries and keep a few pieces for decoration. Put the remaining washed raspberries in a blender, add the milk and blend until a uniform mixture is obtained.

Add the chia seeds, honey and vanilla to the mixture and blend for a few more seconds.

Pour the pudding into cups and garnish with raspberries, coconut flakes or nuts. If you wish you can add grated chocolate or whipped cream, in which case you add a tablespoon of powder before mixing.
