BUCKWHEAT FLOUR AND ARONIA ROLLS

Ingredients:
- 2.5 cups gluten-free flour (300g)
- 3 Tbsp buckwheat flour
- 1 Tbsp baking powder
- 1 egg
- 2 Tbsp sour cream
- 1 Tbsp of oil as needed (coconut)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 Tbsp of aronia powder by Bobica.hr
- Water as needed
Preparation:
Preheat oven to 350°F (180°C). Line a large baking pan with parchment paper and set aside.
Add all of the ingredients into a bowl and knead into dough. Add water when necessary, so that the dough is neither too hard nor too sticky. If it becomes sticky, add more flour.
Roll the dough into balls and bake for 30 minutes.
These biscuits are great for sandwiches, or spreads. Because of their beautiful color, they will be great for children and guests, especially by making various combinations.
