HOMEMADE PASTA FOR BEGINNERS

Ingredients:

  • 8 cups all purpose flour (1 kg)
  • 4 eggs
  • a generous pinch of salt
  • water
  • 1 tsp wheatgrass powder by Bobica.hr

 

Preparation:

Mix the flour with eggs, wheatgrass powder and salt. Gradually pour in the water until you have a firm paste that will not stick to your hands. Knead the dough until it is completely smooth.

On a floured surface, roll out the dough to about 3 mm thick. First, cut it into rectangles about 3 fingers wide and then cut it into even narrower strips. Boil the pasta in salted hot water for about three minutes and serve with sauce.
