Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1ΒΌ cup rice (24 dkg)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 pinch of pepper
  • 1 Tbsp parsley (can also be dried)
  • 1 Tbsp beetroot powder by Bobica.hr



Wash and strain the rice, then mix with 4 cups of boiling and salted water (a teaspoon of salt) to a pot and cook until boiling. Then reduce the heat to a minimum and cook according to package directions.

Add the spices and beetroot powder to the cooked rice, stir gently and serve.

You can serve hot or cold, with or without parmesan, with a seasonal salad or meat as desired.

You can also eat it the day after.
